STIR FRIED BEEF BOK CHOY and SIMPLY BOK CHOY

     STIR-FRIED BEEF BOK CHOY
or
SIMPLY BOK CHOY (VEGETARIAN)

This is how I enjoy the crisp delicate taste of my favorite BOK CHOY. It's a delicious, quick and easy meal. If you do not like bok choy, it could be replaced with broccoli.

At the eating time, the smell of oyster sauce and sesame oil on warm rice is always tempting most people's appetites.
