ES MOKA (Traditional mocha syrup from Malang)
ICED MOCHA
I found this for the first time in the Dempo area, Malang - Indonesia and I loved it straight away. The memory keeps coming when the summer season starts, so I make an effort trying to find the syrup around Auckland.
Ingredients :
- 1 canned of coconut meat*
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp mocha syrup
- Ice blocks
Methods :
- Take avocado meat off from its skin and divide it in two.
- Set aside to 2 drinking glasses
- Open a canned of coconut meats and put half to each of the glasses.
- Fill them in with ice blocks and ice/cold water
- Pour with 1 tbsp mocha syrup for each glass
- Ready to serve
